We are here to help you achieve your goals Top Flight was a concept brought to fruition by Stephen Bailey, Lionel Spearman and James Staton. After many years working in corporate America as well as volunteering their time for non profits (often in which they held senior leadership positions) they noticed many patterns. Also not to be overlooked we have over 5 decades combined of actual experience as business owners and leaders in the business community – each owner is well recognized for their individual experience and expertise.

It was as a result of that combined corporate and entrepreneur experience. We observed small businesses did not have a unified consistent method or champion to assist them in realizing their aspiration regardless of size. With this in mind Top Flight was created to assist business owners and Entrepreneurs by providing them with the resources they need to achieve their goals regardless of the size and enable them to become the elite, the best of the best or better worded a “Top Flight” business regardless of their goals regarding gross revenue or goals.
